I crafted this arrangement for The Misnomers based on a demo brought to me with the melody sung over piano. The goal was to make an energetic pop-rock track that evokes a retro 80s sound.

The goal was to make something that fit the bedroom/indie pop sound while also adding some new and interesting synth sounds in the mix.
Madima showed me this song when we were classmates in college, and it stuck with me for years. After a while, I finally got together with her to produce a full version that included aspects of both of our tastes: indie rock, pop, and singer/songwriter vibes.
