In Q4 2022, Synack launched a new product/service that tested customer APIs directly, allowing them to upload API documentation directly to the platform and activate researchers. For this launch, I did the following:
Sales enablement on the offering definition and value prop
Pricing
Customer collateral and usage guides
Marketing blogs and web pages
Definition of key metrics to track success
After a year, the product consisted of 10% of testing volume and 5% of revenue
The silicon Labs online training portal underwent a complete transformation from 2019-2020. Using wireframes provided from SlideUX, I defined the customer experience for training content, how the content should be organized, and tenets of its visual design.
As of 02/03/22, the Training Portal can be viewed here.
When I started on the project, this is the type of wireframe that had been established. I worked with IT to bring meaning and functionality to these suggested wireframes.
Screenshot of the final portal. I defined the searchable fields on the left, functionality of filtering, and the fields that are visible on each line item to the right.
As Silicon Labs' security offerings matured, the website needed landing pages to describe various security features found in products. I worked with product marketing to organize the information, edit copy, and create intuitive images and GIFs that explained the concepts being discussed.
For a period of time at Silicon Labs, I co-managed social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google+.
This involved the creation and scheduling of social posts, creation of supporting images and video, and execution of Facebook ads from a quarterly ad budget.
I used Khoros (formerly Spredfast) as a scheduling and analytics tool for social.
Relevant analytics were:
Engagement
Web traffic from embedded links
Follower counts
