Cognitive Neuroscience - Brainiak Simulated Dataset Exercise
As a volunteer of UT's LewPea Lab, I helped test the efficacy of Intel's open-source Python package Brainiak for use cases like comparing LSS functions.
The project involved me learning to work with Python packages like NumPy, denoise data, and understand how to read and interpret voxel-wise fMRI data.
Beyond my work with fMRI data processing, I spent time creating videos communicating research done by the lab members. One video went on to receive first place in the Texas Student Research Showdown.
Environ - Video Game Tutorial Interface
Environ is an educational video game that teaches about environmental preservation. As part of the SAGA Lab at UT, I created an interactive tutorial interface for the game.
I created the interact in Unity 3D, using a combination of the creative interface provided and Javascript scripts to control the behavior as the player progressed through the tutorial.
